Obituary for Oscar Irwin

Oscar  Irwin
Oscar Irwin, age 69, passed away on Thursday, January 1, 2015, at Holland Hospital in Holland, MI. Oscar served in the U.S. Army and was a retired truck driver. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He will be greatly missed.

He was preceded in death by his parents Walter “Buddy” and Beatrice Wallace Turic Irwin, half-brothers Johnny and Ted Turic, brother Walter Irwin, sister-in-law Paula Irwin and step-father John Turic.

Oscar is survived by his wife of fourty years Rosa Irwin, by his children Jerry (Eva) Bullen, Shannon (Bruce) Bell and Kevin (Tammy) Irwin. His is also survived by his half-brother Kent Turic, 8 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation and a time of remembrance will be held on Monday, January 5, from 2 – 4 p.m. at Lakeshore Memorial Services, 11939 James St. in Holland. Burial will be at Restlawn Memorial Gardens in Holland.
